Conversational shopping assistant re-imagines Amazon mobile shopping to give you assistance in a conversational way, delivering and organizing UI elements as you need them.

Concept details

Conversational shopping assistance is the UI layer for a multi-turn conversational shopping assistant.

The assistant has the ability to “speak UI”—it can respond with questions, refinement options, content, or UI modules, and the layout is dynamically generated.

Context is maintained over the course of a conversation—the customer can change the topic or scope of the conversation at any time.

The customer can review previous points in the conversation and change their decisions.

We set the final concept of the shopping assistant and moved to interface and motion design. In order to achive conversational feel, gave extra effort to the transitions between contents.
